Sometimes as new entrepreneurs niching down your audience can feel extremely scary.
Several entrepreneurs believe that if they target everyone they have a better chance of making sales and getting their products and services out into the world, rather than narrowing down their audience.
When I ask business owners who their target market is, many tend to respond with “everyone”. The translation is no one.
How would I know? At one point in time, I tried to service the widest market possible.
Serving any and everyone is a huge mistake.
