Many of us place multi-tasking on a pedestal. We think by checking our emails, IG notifications, and scheduling client calls all within an hour,  it will help us to be more productive.

Mult-tasking actually does the complete opposite.

Switching between tasks can make you up to 40% slower, which causes inefficiency.

If you are an aspiring or new entrepreneur struggling to get things done, then this episode is for you. I’m sharing the batching method that allows me to focus and eliminate distractions.

Batching is a technique where you work on similar activities for a period of time before moving on to a different group of related tasks. This eliminates the noise and distractions to get into a different mindset for the next item.
