Tiffanie holds a bachelor's degree in fashion retail management from the Art Institute of Houston, and founded her passion project last year. Geared towards millennial corporate baes, side-hustlers and fempreneurs, When & Wear prides itself on offering sophisticated, smart, multi-tasking pieces that empower modern working women to do what they love, while wearing what they love- whenever, wherever!
